Interoperability lives, as it always has, in the minds of people.
Interoperability is in us and amongst us. A figment of our imagination but also a property of our minds.
That word, “property” — not something we have enjoyed much of in Web 2.0. We have been largely owned by others. May we reclaim ourselves in the future of the internet. May we think ourselves into being. A lot of Cogito, a sprinkling of Ergo and a shitload of Sum.
